Kitty Dukakis Treatment Center for WomenThe Kitty Dukakis Treatment Center for Women is a 32-bed, post-detox facility open to homeless women (18 yrs or older) in the early stages of recovery. The trauma-informed treatment includes individual and group education and counseling, case management, and extensive after-care referrals and placement. Services are designed specifically for women with histories of chronic substance abuse, co-occurring mental health issues and histories of trauma. The program has the capacity to serve individuals who are dually diagnosed with a mental illness, as well as those living with HIV/AIDS or other chronic medical conditions.
