Supportive Housing
Scattered Site Housing: Counselors provide support to 134 formerly homeless individuals in apartments owned by both public and private partners. A majority of these units are funded by two special initiatives, Home And Healthy For Good and Boston Outreach to Housing, that utilize a Housing First approach which moves individuals from street and shelter living directly to housing along with support services.
Charles Spillane Lodging House is an affordable housing solution with 12 single-room occupancy (SRO) units.
Rental Assistance provides cash support to assist clients with move-in costs or to prevent homelessness through short-term rental or utility payments.
