Addiction Treatment

hopeFound’s addiction treatment programs include the Stabilization Program for men and the Kitty Dukakis Treatment Center for Women.  Both programs, located on the Jamaica Plan campus of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, are 28-day, post detox programs for men and women who are homeless and in the early stages of recovery.
